Have you tried the Dream Ware nasal mask from Respironics?

I think the Fisher Paykel Eson nasel mask is the most comfortable mask of all various masks and I've tried them all.

I have frequent clusters of clear airway on my respironics system 1. would it be to my advantage to switch from a mode of bi-level to auto using an increase in EPAP and IPAP over the set pressures of 10ipap/ 7epap ? What do you consider a cluster...and...what is your AHI? a continueous run of 10or ...

I feel very well...pacemaker works wonders on my heart rate. it controls the rate and insures proper conduction

With a heart rate in the low 40's you may have a heart condition such as sick Sinus Syndrome or 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree heart block in it's early stage.
