I got mine 3 days ago. I removed about 25% as per the instructions. I added back about 1/3. I think I am going to add back a little more tonight. I am still working on getting it right. First night I had a lot of neck pain. I have stenosis at C6/C7. Last night was better.

Oh, I also added liners and padding to my cheek straps.

I upped my minimum pressure to 9. Here is last night's report. I actually feel pretty good today. I didn't feel tired in the afternoon.

I am sure it is what the Sleepyhead report says since that is pulled from the SD card. I am not home right now, but I'll double check. Is there that much difference?

It is running in apap mode. 7-17. I did NOT have a titration study. My DR is supposed to be getting this information via modem. However, I have not been given access to the portal yet when the information is. I ran these reports by pulling the SD card myself.

Second night

My first night

I will need to look at the mask when I get home. It is a full face mask as I might be a mouth breather. I woke up a couple of times with leaks and adjusted the straps to stop them. I wore it 8 hours last night.

Last night was my first night of my Cpap way of life. I managed to get some sleep, but woke up with a headache. My in hospital sleep study registered an AHI of 45 or so. Last night my machine registered 4.3. I guess I am on the right track?
