Re: Mask Seal on Airsense 10

I spoke to a respiratory therapist at Resmed in San Diego about this. She told me that the frown face means that you spent 30% of the night with leaks above 24 liters/minute. I have the same machine as you although I use the f10 full face mask.

Hope this helps,

Re: Help with positional leaks, please

Pugsy, My leaks are generally between 25 and 30 L per minute. I am getting that number from the sleep report on the machine display. I am not sure exactly what that number represents. I have not been able to get my overall leakage rate below the 24 recommended by Resmed with any of the masks. My ahi numbers range from 1.3...

Mask leak indicator and mask liners

Thank you to all who posted replies to my earlier question. Your answers were very, very helpful. I have a Resmed Airsense 10 machine and I am using an F 10 full face mask. If I do not use a mask liner, I get some leaks during the night, including some noisy ones. But the mask leak indicator on the ...

Full face mask for side sleeper?

I am new to cpap. I have moderate to severe sleep apnea and have recently gotten a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset machine. I usually sleep with my mouth open and a nasal mask did not work for me. The problem is that I need a full face mask but I also sleep on my side. I have tried the Resmed Quattro Air...
