I spoke to a respiratory therapist at Resmed in San Diego about this. She told me that the frown face means that you spent 30% of the night with leaks above 24 liters/minute. I have the same machine as you although I use the f10 full face mask.

Pugsy, My leaks are generally between 25 and 30 L per minute. I am getting that number from the sleep report on the machine display. I am not sure exactly what that number represents.
