I listened to your recording and it is just the normal sound of a person breathing. I think you are hearing it or noticing it now because you are breathing against the pressure so you are using more force then when not using the machine so it sounds louder in your head than it really is.

I wouldn't say you sleep at a weird or wrong time. I also have odd sleep times but I just say it is cause I live in the wrong time zone. I don't have real good answer for why the doctor put down EDS but I feel sometimes they add it to help justify to the insurance companies the need for the sleep st...
