For the periods of time when you do have the mask on, is your apnea being effectively treated? You have a good machine with full treatment data available. Short answer - some people tape the mask to their face (straps on cheeks) at night so they'll awake when pulling it off and can rearrange it to go back to sleep. I tend to have trouble breathing through my nose while sleeping so I've grown accustomed to breathing through only my mouth at night. That being said, I never considered nasal pillows all that much.
