Re: TENS Unit for RLS

Have you tried Neurotin? I used required forever until I found a new sleep doctor with some sense. I also take two 250 MG of magnesium citrate on the bad nights. Works like a charm.

Re: Troble with Mask

LSat I have reviewed the videos but will do so again just incase I am missing something. Since I just tried the mask liner again last night I will give it a couple nights and try to get the adjustment just right. If that does not work I will look into a new mask or different size.

Thanks.

Re: Troble with Mask

I understand what I am asking and I do not mind doing the work and trying. However, I thought that some one else may have encountered the same issue. I also understand that not all mask work for everyone as this is not a one size fits all.

Re: Troble with Mask

Thanks. I have a mask liner from another company that I tried last night and the mask was more comfortable but the night was horrible. I had to keep adjusting the mask because of leaks. The only way I knew it was leaking was my machine would cut off (I have the auto on and off selected). I had a won...

Troble with Mask

It has been a while since I posted. The therapy has been ok until recently. Currently I use an airfit F10 and have had great success with it for almost a year but in the past few months not so much. The mask is not fitting like it should or use to. My pressure fluctates between 22 and 25 and I have ...

Re: Thinking about those with good AHIs who still feel lousy

I can relate to this. I have persentiant hypersomnia even after being on two stimulates at a time. I even cut out bedtime meds but that has not helped. I still feel exhausted and even sleep when I take my nuvigil and adderall. I am not as bad as I use to be but I am not completely cured of daytime i...

Re: Will I ever get a better AHI? Best is 2.2 or so?

The more important question is "How do you feel?" One can get obsessed chasing the elusive number that for some people changes nightly depending on various environmental factors. If you are feeling better and improving there is no point in chasing the numbers. I agree with this comment. How do you ...

Makes more since now that I look at it that way and does not sound or look as bad as I had thought.
Forget on step and it throws the whole equation off.
Thanks again

I knew I was missing something here. It seemed to simple.
Thanks for pointing out my mistake there. Banging head on desk now for missing that.

Am I Thinking Correctly or Way Off Path

Hi All, It's been a month or so since I have posted. Things have been going good since new doctor changed things. I have more energy and the desire to get things done and it feels great. Not every day is a bowl of cherries but for the most part I am better. Quick Question: If I take my events and ad...

Re: Hybrid Mask

My doctor says a Nasal would be better suited for my high pressure. "They" usually say the opposite. for my high pressure. My auto machine regularly hits pressures of 18 and 20. I use an Innomed Hybrid mask and my leak is zero most nights. I have used the Innomed since it was first introduced, mayb...

Good job and good advice for others.
I'll bet if you can cut back on and/or get rid of some of those meds (mentioned in another thread), you'll feel better.
That is my plan
