Exchanged the AirCurve 10S for an AirSense 10 Autoset last night.
I'm even more comfortable with this one. I don't have last night's stats on me, but if I remember correctly, my AHI was around 0.5 or something, which sounds pretty good.

Re: Rookie (hello!)
Sssooo I called the DME and voiced my concern about possibly receiving the wrong machine.
Yup...
They confirmed that I should have received an auto, so I'll be going in tonight to exchange machines.

Re: Rookie (hello!)
I've been through the clinical setup menu, and did not see EPR, BUT there is a mode setting with choices of CPAP and S. I think I might have confused exhale relief in an earlier message with "it's easier to exhale"...being that it's a bilevel. Maybe the "S" sets it to bilevel? It definitely IS easie...

Re: Rookie (hello!)
Just woke up. I feel pretty good. Alert...like I've had a gallon of coffee, but in a good way. I took some screen caps of the Sleepyhead report. I do know that I adjusted the mask a couple times before I fell asleep, woke up maybe once more to adjust it, and those were definitely big leaks. It proba...

Re: Rookie (hello!)
I've installed Sleepyhead in my Mac and resmed has something called MyAir. Apparently this thing might send reports via a cellular network.

Re: Rookie (hello!)
It's auto. Gave it a 15min test run. I like the exhale relief. It was all a little weird for five minutes, but after that I was perfectly comfortable. It's still a while before my usual bedtime and I'm not tired, but I'm gonna strap in and probably doze off while I half watch Big Trouble in Little C...

I received a ResMed AirCurve 10S and a ResMed Quattro FX full face mask.
Setting up now...

Rookie (hello!)
Hello, everyone! I've been lurking for about a month now. I was prompted to have a sleep study because my now-ex girlfriend couldn't sleep with my loud snoring. First, I had a home sleep study. The thing fell off twice during the night and I woke up with the nasal cannula on top of my head. I didn't...
