I breathe through my mouth and find mouth taping helps a lot. It seems like I require less pressure when I tape my mouth. Seems to make sense because it is a closed system and there is no air escaping, so less pressure is needed. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I use a MyPillow but I wonder if it is too firm and crunches my neck up. It seems like I always end up sleeping on my back but I do not even realize it. I have a My Pillow that has less fill and I am going to try using that one, I have not used it before.

Also FYI I take a sedative medication right before bed and I think this severely impacts my AHI and the ability of the machine to control apneas.
