I live in the mountains, totally "off grid" on solar power. My Transend has a multi night battery as well as it's own solar panel for recharging. I don't think any other CPAP machine has this.

I have a Transend P8 multi night battery plus the Transend solar panel for sale for $475.00, which is a really good price! I have been unable to adapt to my CPAP machine. These were purchased two weeks ago. They are brand new.
