Re: Dealing with work and sleep apnea
I removed myself from work (airline pilot) till I get issue resolved. They were very supportive and glad I came fwd. to treat issue. I have been off for 2 months. Now that I have ASV I plan to return to work in next few weeks as my AHI has been below 3.0 for last 2 weeks and feeling much better.

Re: Have you ever experienced OSA headaches?
Could it be sinus headaches?
I found at first the pressure would cause my sinus tissues to flare up causing headaches. Once the sinus tissue got used to it I was fine....perhaps thats what is happening.

Ok thanks. No I don't need ramp I think it was just automatically set by the clinic. I'll just turn it off.
Thanks for your help. Hopefully these little adjustments will make it even better.

Re: Can someone look at my ASV data please
Ok thanks so much. My dr did say yesterday to start reducing dosage in half as we both feel the sleep apnea was the cause of the anxious feelings.Like you said there could be no cause for the centrals, just is.

Re: Can someone look at my ASV data please
Part 2: What could be the cause of central sleep apnea? I do not have any heart issues. I have never done drug or needed opiates for pain relief. I do take ciprolex (anti depressant) for anxiety ...but I think the source of anxiety was undiagnosed sleep apnea (not ever sleeping). So perhaps with the...

Re: nearly new ASV settings
I have been on the 30037 the last 2 nights and it's been amazing. My ahi last 2 nights have been 1.8 and 1.4. I was usually averaging 20 ahi. No luck with cpap Bipap or bipap s/t.
