Re: HELP! almost more exhausted than before
My suggestion is to try straight pressure at about 10 cm. for a week or two and see how that works. The pressure changes may be disturbing your sleep......bumping you out of needed sleep stages when your breathing changes. Den . Do you know how to do that? I always thought my machine was only auto....

HELP! almost more exhausted than before
I posted a few months back about how it's been three months and I still feel as exhausted but I didn't have sleepyhead, so I'm not sure anyone knew how to help me. Few facts. 26 year old female. short and obese. b12 and iron levels normal. no diabetes. no high blood pressure. no weird medicines. uns...

Re: 2 Months In, Still Exhausted?
Can I suggest that you see a nutritionist or dietician? Working out isn't always the best thing for everyone and help with diet can go a long way. 2 Months In, Still Exhausted?
I still feel like a newbie, even though I can put my mask on in the dark and it's all become second nature. Some days, I noticed a difference. But, still nothing to write home about. Lately, though, I'm almost more exhausted than I was before and I'm sleeping with the mask on for 7-8 hours a night. ...

Re: Newbie, picking out a mask with severe allergies
Wow, you guys are awesome. Thanks for the quick and thorough replies! I forgot to mention, which may be useless info, but I also have freakishly large tonsils. Like, every doctor in the history of doctor's say "whoa" or "wow" when they see them. Getting them removed really isn't an option for me at ...

Newbie, picking out a mask with severe allergies
Hello all! I have no idea how to post and where but I'm giving it a shot. My doc called last night and said that the home medical equipment company should call me any time now to get info on what mask I want to start with and such. And I basically have 30 days to figure out what mask I want or I'm s...
