Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?

Do you wake often during the night or sleep soundly for the most part?
Pristiq, in the morning.

I think overall I sleep pretty soundly.

Any room for improvement with my CPAP therapy?

I've been on CPAP for a number of years now. While it has certainly helped I still often have to take naps, usually need to sleep for 9-ish hours, and just generally feel more tired than I would like. My sleep doc says my AHI is within normal range, and his only suggestion was to look into Inspire. ...

These are the settings on the Airmini. The 11 should be the same, but I will double-check when I'm home in a few days..]\ Therapy Mode: AutoSet Max Pressure: 20.0 Min Pressure: 5.0 Comfort Response: Standard Ramp time: Off EPR: On EPR Type: Full Time EPR Level: 3 Options SmartStart: On SmartStop: On

Airmini not working as well (as it did, or as my Airsense )

Hi all. My apnea treatment is pretty well managed with my usual Airsense 11 Autoset (and was with the Airsense 10, too). I have also had an Airmini for a couple of years and - while at first I think it worked about as well, lately I feel like I've often gotten poor sleep with it. I've double checked...

Sleeping in a stable or at the inn; those born in palaces have no clue at all.
I'm not sure if you're joking or not. Are you really saying that people who grew up poor don't like to camp? If so, I can tell you from firsthand experience that you are wrong.

Re: Wilderness travel trip report

I have never understood those who enjoy camping. My idea of roughing it is staying in a hotel without cable. Not surprisingly, affinity for camping is directly linked to how well off one was growing up. Rich people camp for fun--poor people camp because there is no alternative. And they avoid it wh...

I recently returned from a 6-night wilderness canoe trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in Minnesota, and thought I would share the CPAP setup I used. https://i.imgur.com/tIs37YC.png Travel Hose - https://a.co/d/1T1Hcp0 Power cord - https://a.co/d/4GFP5aQ Batteries - https://a.co/d/fIvxFmc Unive...

$275 - last drop before it goes to eBay!
Ebay doesn't allow the sale of cpaps.
Is that new? I know I've seen them on there.

For Sale: Transcend Auto CPAP with EZEX

Hi all. I purchased a factory refurbished Transcend Auto miniCPAP Auto CPAP with EZEX from CPAP Liquidators about eight months ago. I tried it a couple nights, but didn't like it. I'm just getting around to selling it now. It comes with the soft case and all accessories, as well as a a Mobile DC Pow...

Re: Recommendations for a non-travel CPAP for travel?

Well...I'm starting to think I should just bring my Air10 for the Canyon trip and figure this out after. My primary reason for getting the Transcend was to get more nights out of my batteries for this extended wilderness trip. I don't think any of these other options I've been contemplating offer an...

Re: Recommendations for a non-travel CPAP for travel?

Hmm...I think the S8 actually still needs a power brick if I want to use it on 12v DC power.

Re: Recommendations for a non-travel CPAP for travel?

S9s are pretty compact without the humidifier and are available on eBay pretty much constantly. S9's are smaller and lighter than the S8s. They also make light travel power cords that are apparently designed to be used with the S9 only when not using the humidifier: https://www.cpap-supply.com/S9-3...
