Re: Couple of Weeks in, have questions about data
Can you start a new thread, with your question? This thread is resolved for the moment (until I get more information about my original prescription), and you need real support and advice from the excellent oldtimers on the forum (of whom I am not one yet), so please start a new thread so that they c...

Oh, sorry, and there was another question --
I hate to sleep on my back, but I apparently do it sometimes.

Re: Couple of Weeks in, have questions about data
Here's a screen shot with the different information, oh, kind kind human. and update: the doctor left the information (this info wasn't sent to me; I had to call to get it) that if I'm sleeping well, having energy, and not waking up -- and these things are all true -- then the central events aren't ...

Re: Couple of Weeks in, have questions about data
Trying again, with data from last night.
My experience is that I slept 8 hours (unheard of! awesome!) and maybe woke up once to adjust the mask. Alas, still having AHI of around 15.
Oh, settings: min EPAP 6.0; max IPAP 20.0; Pressure support 6.0; Ramp time 15.

Re: Couple of Weeks in, have questions about data
Thank you, Pugsy.
I will download the ResScan.
I'm not looking forward to trying to wrest the prescription from this office, but I will get on it.

Re: Couple of Weeks in, have questions about data
Thank you all, so much! I will check the settings on the machine later -- for now (I'm not near it): 1) I would love to use ResScan but I've been unable to find the links for it. 2) Yep, I had a titration study. 3) Using Windows. 4) Alas, I am having CA's every night; after the first week, American ...

Couple of Weeks in, have questions about data
Hello, all! I've spent two weeks on the machine now, and last night from my point of view I slept through the night, for the first time in years. Decades, maybe -- I'm unclear on when this all started. But my machine doesn't see it that way. I was diagnosed with obstructive apnea -- no mention of ce...

3rd night better but still working on this
Hello, all! For my third night of this new therapy I had a full face mask (I have LOTS of issues with congestion and allergies; I started with a nasal mask because it worked in the titration study, but now we are in Spring Pollen Season) -- this did help a lot; my AHI went from 30 the first night an...

Re: First night fairly successful, but have a question
I'm going to get the software, but the current problem may be easily solved: my partner says I'm breathing through my mouth.
So I'm working on getting a full face mask; we will see what changes that brings.
In the meantime I'll go work on the software download.
Many thanks!

Re: How long does it usually take for tritation follow up?
The sleep clinic sent my prescription to the providers two months after the titration study; as far as I've been able to tell they lost a couple of doctors and got backed up.
But I think that was unusual.
I kept calling, though. I figure that's good advice.

Thank you all so much!
I will download the software and work on this tomorrow.
And in the meantime, I'm looking forward to seeing how things go tonight.
Cheers, Anne

First night fairly successful, but have a question
So, after over 2 months (since the titration study) I got my machine yesterday. Hoorah! Last night things went pretty well -- the mask fits well, and other than getting used to things, everything worked. And I feel better today than I usually do. Also good. But I've got a question -- During my sleep...
