Guest...not understanding you first comment....second comment, my insurance will cover 60% and no need to constantly pay for mask, hose, etc. even with my copay. I see in the long run it being cheaper. Not saying I will do it but seems cheaper in the longrun.

Waking once a night verses three times a night -- I wouldn't overly focus on that. How do you feel during the day? Were you tired during the day pre CPAP? Or are you more tired now post CPAP? There isn't necessarily a correlation between how many times we wake up (of which we are aware) and energy/...

This is what the sleep doc found was adequate pressure in my study, but I will definitely install the software.
