I was wondering if resmed autoset 10 is able to measure RDI?

I am under the impression that RDI is more inclusive than AHI since it also includes RERA"s and other sleep disturbances.

I could be wrong but I think whistling noise means that you are having large leaks. You should look at your machine's leak rate and it should be below 24 L/min for optimal therapy.

I should add a comment...the reason that I started on cpap wasn't because I was tired or sleepy during the day.
