above the first day back to apap. slep short but clear mind not like when i woke up with cpap. the pain between my sholderblades was still there. i asume the muscles are getting a wake up call?

i have been using the machine for a month and it was set to flexible to see how it would preform. after 1 month i had to go back for him to analyse the result and he thought it would be better for me to fix it at this current value.

i was tested with a device on my chest whitch i took home and returned it the next day.
