I bought this same unit to have as a backup travel unit. i prefer my transcend but this works well for me. its noisier for sure but the noise doesnt bother me. i tossed out the hose that came with it and just use my standard hose as it wraps up nice and fits in my travel bag

I fly weekly with my cpap for the last 10 years. 2 flights per week minimum and only had an airline lose my bag once. (only fly domestic) in my opinion its perfectly safe to pack it in your bag and check the bag, thats the only way for me.. im way to lazy to carry anything more than my laptop or tab...

I own a Z1 and transcend unit, i use the transcend 4 nights per week for the last 2 years and love it. The Z1 is strictly backup (its noisier).

been using a transcend unit during the week when i travel for about 2 years or so. use it 4 nights per week. its been flawless for me. just got a hardly used Z1 unit today, havent tried it on the road but tonight im gonna try it at home and i can report back. it is slightly louder than the transcend...

NJ has it tough for good DME's. the past year or so ive been using lincare with pretty good results.

FFM and mouth breather here. no problems for me. Do get dry mouth but i dont see a problem with it

i travel weekly for biz, while this makes some sense, the hose is least of my issue when traveling with a cpap. i dont see the need personally
