Re: Had my first good night!!
I feel like an idiot that just wasted my time. And now I feel the same way. I apologize if I have offended anyone with my whining, and for my lack of paragraphs. I now feel bad for doing it and embarrassed. When I wrote my last comment I was in a grumpy mood due to problems at home. Please accept m...

Re: Im so frustrated!
After putting machine back on auto my night last night was better. My mouth was super dry with lower humidity but atleast my mask held a seal much better, my mask didn't have to be super tight on my face, and I was able to sleep more. So apparently the humidity setting at 5 did play a role in my ina...

Re: Recently diagnosed and have some questions
Last was another rough one for me. Mask is still leaking a lot, and the bridge of my nose is really sore. Theres a very sore, and unsightly bruise at the top of my nose now. Also every time I breathed out I kept hearing something that sounded like a valve pop. I was looking into buying the pad a che...

Re: Recently diagnosed and have some questions
I never said my pressure was at 38. My pressures are listed below my equipment list. My sleep report did mention that I should be at a max IPAP of 25 or 30 if a machine is available. I don't know how I was misunderstood

Rough 2nd night of treatment
I was hoping my 2nd night of treatment would be even better than the 1st but it was rough. The biggest problem was the bridge of my nose was really hurting all night, and no matter how I tried to adjust the mask it wouldn't stop. Id get the mask loose enough to be comfortable and it would start leak...

Re: First night on my machine
I used to sleep on my stomach, so sleeping on my back or my side will take some getting used to. I take it sleeping on my back is not advisable so for my 2nd night ill try sleeping on my side.

First night on my machine
Well I just had my first night on my new machine. It was interesting, but not as dramatic I was hoping. I kept having issues with my mask leaking periodicaly during the night. Is it normal for there to be a continuous stream of air coming out by the nose? Im not sure why but the mask kept leaking ar...

Recently diagnosed and have some questions
I was recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. The tech I spoke too today said it was one of the worst cases shes ever seen. My sleep study states that I demonstrated an AHI and RDI of 113.9 and an oxygen saturation nadir of 60%. Does that mean I stopped breathing 113 times in an hour during the ...
