My nose runs during the day. The nose drip decreases when I have the CPAP on.
My impression is that my breathing passages were dried out by the forced air, particularly the first night.
Turning the humidity down seems counterintuitive, but I'll give it a try.

Runny Nose and Sneezing
I'm on my 5th day of using a CPAP. My model is ResMed Air Sense Autoset. I use the nasal pillows, size extra small. I'm getting accustomed to sleeping with the hose on.
