Call back when you are clean and sober.

Nope, I know when it's a "good sleep" vs a "poor sleep" I've used a cpap with great compliance as well.

"Doped out" o please, these are hardly drugs, like I said, 400mg of caffeine is about the same stimulation level.

Re: New Research for Sleep Apnea from NIH

I knew it!! I hypothesized that ephedrine made sleep apnea better about 2 years ago.... I knew it from my own experience. Everyone laughed at me, but I'm just ahead of the curve. If you don't know yohimbine is often substituted with ephedrine for fat loss, they do very similar things. They are both ...

Re: Interesting Observation.... Ephedrine

Absolute do not try this!!! Although it's been clinically studied and it's extremely safe in the studied doses, do not try it!!!!!

There may be better solutions like nasal spray t another similar drug. Consult with your doctor

Thats what my feeling are... Why was I able to do it before without the help of cpap? Vs now. EC doesn't provide that much of a boost, at all.

I feel a bit better but not 100% Average pressure was 9.4 last night. Might drop to 9.6 and see what happens tonight considering the improvement I got ...

Re: Help

Thanks for all the replies, I figured that, it's just frustrating potentially wasting a nights sleep, or waking up at 1am to check stats.

Re: Help

Thank you, I've also read that. 100% it causes weight gain, the cortisol is always high because you're body thinks it's dieing and just turns a lot of the glucose into fat. It's an absolutely debilitating circle. I suppose the question is, should I raise or lower it? Go back to 12.4 (I was swallowin...
