Over the past few nights, it's an average of 4 times a night I hit that level, and stay there for a minute or two. Probably just insignificant peaks then?OkyDoky wrote:How long were you at that rate? If it's just a spike then back down, probably not meaningful.

Hi all, I'm having a mooch around the boards today, downloading my Sleepyhead data etc and trying to understand it. A couple of questions; - Respiration rate. Mine hits 50 every night. Is that 50 breaths a minute? I don't think I could breathe that quickly when awake! What could it indicate? - Clear...
