I've been using this tape about 4 months now. The other tapes I tried were hard to take off and made my lips dry and uncomfortable. This tape goes on and off easily and is a little stretchy. I actually cut the strip in half horizontally and get 2 strips as it is too long for my face the way it comes.

I have the same problem, especially in the summer when I take antihistamines. My simple hack is to wear a sleep mask over my eyes. That prevents the air blow issues in my eyes and has the added benefit of the early sunrise not waking me up.
