Re: Ontario - Online CPAP Vendors?
Hi all, I know this is an old thread but I recently needed to buy a new CPAP Travel unit after my Z1 died last summer. For my ResMed AirMini, I went with Shoppers Wellwise - price for the unit was very good, at $1,199 which seems to be the recommended price with no additional markups. Service howeve...

Unbranded HumidX HMEs for AirMini by Medihealer?
Hi all, I saw on Amazon.ca a seller is offering unbranded AirMini HMEs for about 1/2 the cost of the branded ones - anyone use the unbranded ones, do they work? The reviews are "below average", with comments like "they don't work", I wonder if that's true or just a misunderstanding of how well a HME...

Re: HDM Z1 Have a fault 33 code. Anyone know how to fix it?
Mine just displayed Fault 33 too! It was wroking fine pre-COVID the last time I used it. I noticed the unit lsto all of it's settings - I got a Fault 21 upon boot up, then Fault 33 when I try to use it. Do these units have a Time Bomb... ha ha, or perhaps the internal CMOS battery died? Very odd a w...

Re: Ontario - Online CPAP Vendors?
We would need to know who your insurance is in network with or has contracts with. We might know of the best online vendor in Canada and recommend it but if it doesn't work with your insurance it won't do you any good at all. You need to start by contacting your insurance company and see if they ha...

Ontario - Online CPAP Vendors?
Hi all, I'm in Ontario, I used to use CPAP Clinic for my CPAP needs, but my insurance company, Great West Life, just delisted them as a provider. CPAP Clinic seemed to have good prices, it's unfortunate that GWL thinks they're fraudulent for some reason. Any good clinics in the Greater Toronto Regio...

Re: Travel CPAP
After some research and recommendation from my sleep doctor - the winner was the HDM Z2 CPAP. Got it last week. Also ordering a separate mask to go with it. I got an HDM Z1 several years ago, it works... not as comfortable as my ResMed S9, but good enough for travel. I do wish the unit had humidifi...

Re: New ResMed Mask the Airfit P10 Nasal Pillow
I won't be buying any more masks that do not have adjustable head gear! one size DOES NOT FIT ALL. That new mask has very skinny stretch straps that will be stretched out in no time at all. Unless you have a giant head - I would not buy one lol, Just to let people know, I've been using this mask fo...

HDM Z1 Canadian Version - Data Viewer Problem!!!
Hello Everyone, I recently purchase a HDM Z1 in Canada; the unit is manufactured by HDM USA's sister copy HDM International/Breas International. I tried using the Data Viewer Software to download data from my Canadian Z1 but all I get is data connectivity errors and corrupted data on the "Settings" ...
