The break is just the way how SleepyHead draw the chart. Because the pulse rate raise so quick that it doesn't make sense to smooth ( connect ) the line.

heart racing at night
Hi, I often wake up at night feeling my heart is beating fast. As shown in the folloing picture, the pulse rate suddenly raises more then 20 bpm. I had about 6 to 10 events like this per night. The puls change event is not always correlated to a SpO2 drop event or an OSA event. Does anybody here has...

lowest level of SpO2 level
Hi, I recently bought a oxymeter to monitor my SpO2 level and pulse rate during sleep. The lowest SpO2 level is about 92%. I did an experiment to see how low I can push the SpO2 level, by holding my breath for about 30 seconds. SpO2 level dropped from 98% to about 96%. So I am questioning the oxymet...
