Pressure set to 10. It's on auto for the temp/humidity. It's winter in MO, which means low humidity. I am from TX and like my humidity.
Humidity has always helped me breath better. It's one of the reasons I love the Philippines.
But good point. I will crank up the humidity and see if that helps.

CPAP side effect?
Hard to explain...but since starting on CPAP therapy...it seems something is more loose inside. You know how on TV someone is laughing and then accidentally snort like a pig? Not that act, but the mechanics behind the act seem to happen a lot easier now. Just sitting and relaxing my body, will cause...

Re: New w/o Sleep Study, need numbers.
I woke and took off the mask (the nasal pillow). This morning, dead tired and no work today..So I put on a nasal mask, set to 10 and went to sleep. All seemed well. Wife told me I still snored, but not as much and she did not notice my teeth grinding. My question: Should I still snore a lot while us...

Re: New ResMed Mask the Airfit P10 Nasal Pillow
I have this one ne, with heated tube. First time with a nasal pillow. ...So, how far in my nose is this supposed to go? When testing, I have a hard time exhaling. Nose holes feel constricted. Plus I have a stuffy nose 99.9% of the time. How would that affect it?

Re: ResMed S9 Elite: Decent deal?
Thanks all. I have tried to wear mouth guards in the past...but I gag a lot and really can't stand to sleep with something in my mouth. I tried a real small/thin one once...I went to sleep with it in and haven't seen it since. That was a few years ago. I am not railing against politics, but since Ob...

ResMed S9 Elite: Decent deal?
Just purchased a ResMed S9 Elite with the humidifier, extra tank (unopened) and several sealed Wisp cushions for $240. Felt like a good deal. I just ordered a AirFit P10 mask and the Wisp tubes from Amazon for $90. I would rather have purchased an APAP, but this seemed a good deal and I imagine I ca...
