Julie, thanks for the suggestion. I do take blood pressure meds. Oddly enough, I take them at night before bed. I will try taking them in the A.M. to see first if this helps. Will also check into the BP monitor.

I have been on my CPAP for 25 days now. My ratings are excellent, 95-99%. Most mornings when I wake up I am very lightheaded, foggy brain. Takes me about an hour to get going, which usually isn't a problem since I'm retired, but wondering if anyone else experiences this. I can't believe it's normal.

Yes you can set a ramp-up. . . if it has been enabled in the setup mode. If it hasn't you will need to download the clinician manual to get instructions on enter the setup mode.
