Re: Mask comfort and Ambien
Thanks so much for your support... I am not sure why my equipment is not showing, I use the Swift FX Nano nasal mask and have also tried the nasal pillows and have had the same issues. I am not tempted to stop using my machine even though I pretty much hate it. I know I need it. It feels as if only ...

Mask comfort and Ambien
Hi I am very nervous to tell you this in case you yell at me about the Ambien but here goes... I have been on my machine for over a year now and still find it very uncomfortable to have the mask attached to my face... to the point where I use Ambien for a nights sleep to get some relief. I do this a...

Re: Nasal Rash from Mask?
Thanks for the advice, I was concerned I had been doing something wrong. Even though I have had my machine for more than a year now, I still feel like (am) a newbie! It's a big adjustment to get used to.

Re: Nasal Rash from Mask?
Yep, he gave me an antibiotic cream to help clear it up. Does this mean I haven't been cleaning my equipment enough or was it just one of those things which may re-occur?

Nasal Rash from Mask?
Hi Everyone I have recently developed a rash on the inside and outside of my nose. (yes it looks as lovely as it sounds) I visited my GP who said it was bacterial and "probably from your mask, give it a good clean in antibacterial wash" I was surprised by this as I am very careful to wash my mask of...

Thanks for your reply peaceful sleeper, it sounds like the level of my tank is something I need to look at as I always overfill it.

Why is my mask trying to drown me?
Hi I seem to be getting pretty regular rainout. It is starting to effect my therapy as I am ripping off my mask way too early in the morning. I have set the humidity at 0 and have a heated hose but the moisture seems to be coming from a build up inside the mask itself (Swift FX Nano) rather than the...
