Melatonin worked for me about 20 minutes in a dim room, but gave me terrible nightmares and it cuased more incidents of sleep paralysis.
Valerian root was less effective in getting me to sleep, but decresed the nightmare. So take that for what you will.

Awsome, thanks y'all. I tired to figure out how to adjust starting pressure last night and couldn't figure it out. I am dealing with a good bit of water in the mask and hose, any pointers on that? Also, don't know if others have experianced this, but I have started to get zits/sores around the mask....
