Sleep aids are ok? Should I take a klonopin or benadryl?

I doubt it and I'd want to know if I have mild apnea so I want as much data as possible.

Yeah but it can rule out apnea I think. I most likely have it but an overnight for nothing would suck.

I made the appt. I had a chest xray which was fine and hope he won't make me do a CT or MRI or some crazy test. Anyone ever try those sleep monitors from pharmacy Beddit or Resmed? They monitor stages of sleep and other things. Considering buying a comprehensive one.

Well the daytime stuff I don't know what that is. But I wake up at night gasping for air many times, very scary. I also have high BP and very severe fatigue.
