Dry mouth w full face mask

hi all, I have been using a resmed s9 autoset for many years, just got an airsense 10 and use a full face mask. Recently, I have started waking up with a really dry mouth. Horribly dry (at least it feels that way). Cant say if this started with the 10 or not. Mask is tight, and machine doesnt say th...

Re: Where to buy?

I beleive I had aphids infesting my holly bushes. Was BAD as their excrement coated and suffocates the leaves. If I remember correctly there was an oil I applied (several times) and it cleared the issue up.

Re: Where to buy?

pugsy you got me all wrong! which is probably my fault. sorry. I very much appreciate everyone who takes the time to reply. and I generally respect everyone until they give me a reason not to and you certainly didnt. also, I was not trying to prove anyone wrong. just sharing what comes to mind when ...

Re: Where to buy?

Sorry I was hoping to find better, maybe 1 or 2 outlier poor reviews would be fine, but I found way too much for my comfort. If it were one or two bad reviews I would have let it go The fact that you repeated the same point, suggests you don't really understand the significance of stating absolute ...

Re: Where to buy?

I WROTE nothing, I READ the reviews on yelp and numerous other places on cpap.com and saw many good ones but more than enough red flags. This is, very much, an internet forum in all its glory, so Im not surprised at having true links deleted, and the kind of nonsensical guff I am getting from SOME o...

Re: Where to buy?

Thanks for sharing that experience. I read their reviews on yelp and other places and there's too many red flags which are consistent with one another to risk it. Some real horror stories and they span years and up until last month... I could overlook mistakes or defects in equipment but how these c...

Re: Where to buy?

Understood. Although granny did look like she was talking from cpap.com. Since it was mentioned they are the sponsor. Thanks for clarifying. Really was asking other forum members for their warranty experiences with online DME sellers and the names of some places they have liked buying from. Pretty "...

Call Cpap.com and ask them - this is a forum, not a business.
how rude and wrong. cpap.com is the sponsor and they have answered my question and I had a followup. what kind of person are you "julie"?

Re: Where to buy?

Ok, so I buy my next machine from your place, and 18 months from now I go to turn it on and it doesnt.

Is that considered a warranty item?

Re: Where to buy?

I emailed an online retailer to ask about how they would handle warranty and havent heard back. I was wondering how thats done.

How does your recommended cpap.com handle it if your machine breaks during the 2 year warranty (resmed)??

Where to buy?

I need a new machine after 8 years, my DME provider only does rent to own which I would rather not do. After a while on the phone with my insurance, turns out I can buy anywhere and get reimbursed 80% of the approved price for where the machine is sold. So I started reading reviews on online cpap su...

Re: AHI jump (still low)

well that looks like it explains it! thanks The Resmed S9 under SleepyHead does not show the correct AHI if the detailed data is not availiable. If there was jump in the AHI data 30 days ago its just the way sleepyhead shows ahi for 30 days ago, concentrate on the data for the last few days post the...

Re: AHI jump (still low)

I feel much worse on the vary few time I dont use it, when I do, some days I think I'm still a little tired and use coffee but that could more likely be my non consistent bed and wake times. due to job. when I was on a rock steady schedule 10pm-6am sleep every night for a few months it was never tir...

Re: AHI jump (still low)

Found an answer to question 2 for resmed, not sure other brand machines tho. How much storage do ResMed’s sleep therapy devices use on the SD card? It varies depending on the sleep therapy device. For example, on an S9 therapy device a 1GB SD card easily stores 365 days of usage data, 30 days of det...
