looked on my sleepyhead and I have the leak at same time almost every night. At about 6:30 in morning, then I wake up. I would like to sleep longer because I'm a night owl. Every once in a while I will wake up with air blowing out of my mouth, I use nasel pillows. Swift FX, I find them very comfortable. Would that show up as a leak on my machine? Palerider my Ahi is 0.6- 2.5. I think that's pretty good. I've seen here that under 5 is good. My highest is 3

My Sleep Doc is a pulmonary specialist. I've been going to him for many years. I first went to him about 15yrs ago. They found I had mild apnea. Mostly hypopneas. I tried cpap them but gave up for this reason. Now 15 years later, It got worse with age a lot worst. So that's why I am on bipap.

My O2 levels were 78 % for 75 minutes with Bipap. My Ahi's are great. My sleep study a year and a half ago Lowest level was 80%. That was before I started Bipap. So now I go for another study at sleep lab. July 31. I have no health issues and am just a little overweight. Trying to lose but hard when...

I too have gained weight. I gained 10lbs. I eat the same and exercise the same as before. I thought it was only me. And yes I have had thyroid, blood work etc done. I thought I would have all kinds of energy and lose weight but no has not happened. I do sleep better.

My sleep Doctor is a Pulmonary Specialist . I have no trouble during the day, just sleeping. I hope this works. I am worried that increasing pressure will be uncomfortable for me to sleep. Hope not.

My AHI are 0.8-2.5. I have always had good AHI. Im not sure the other readings Im not that educated about all that. I don't have any other health issues. I have had all kinds of test, blood work, cardo test, all good. Just tired even after over a year on Bipap. Some good days but a lot of very tired...

I do sleep on side but go on back too. I toss and turn in sleep. I think I sleep in every position.
