I think on that machine you dial it to settings ( which will take you to some minor settings if you push the big button) To get to the main menu...dial it to settings...then you press the big and small button down at the same time....for say 10 to 15 seconds and it will beep and take you to the main...

You get it in your head...this sucks....won't work out...I can't handle this crazy thing doing this crazy way or that....then you likely won't get there.
