Plethy graphs - need explanation

I have started adding Pleth Graphs in SleepyHead, but need an explanation of how to interpret the graphs. This is a tracing from this morning. Any ideas what is causing the abrupt changes in amplitude? https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Fi2GQEZKiqQ/VKO1DjIyfFI/AAAAAAAADv0/uD86UIDSafo/w727-h437-no/pl...

Before I even go to sleep my SPO2 has dropped to between 89% and 91%. During sleep I have further drops due to Central Sleep Apnea and Ch...

Central/Neurological breathing problem

I am newly diagnosed with a neurological breathing problem caused by a motor vehicle accident. My sats drop about 10% when I lie down, and in addition have central sleep apnea and Cheyne Stokes breathing. At night I use a S9 ResMed ST (set at 10/5) with supplemental oxygen at 3 l/min. I have so many...
