Never say your finished. Have you tried Bi-Maxillary oral appliance for diagnostic snoring and obstructive snoring which i understand contributes to sleep apnoea. you might need a tongue base reduction. consult your team of doctors.

Pugsy when I did my Lab Titration and was told that @ 90% I was at 11.5 cm. with a min of 6cm- 13 and a Aflex 3. in this i am sending my own Titration data over the months please examine and check and suggest what you think.

this is snap shot is the one when I did my own Titration 11cm-15cmh2o see the difference and please advise and suggest whether i should go to the prescribed pressure or my own one . I felt hopless when the machine was set to the prescribed pressure.

Here is my data with my prescribed pressure. just lit up like a Christmas tree. although AHI is under 5.00
I will post another link where I did my own pressure setting of 11cm-15cm and things were fine.

Titration study
urgent help required I just did a sleep study (titration) my prescribed pressured was min 6cmh2o-max 13cmh2o.
