I must get anxious or plain nosey of what numbers are recording that in addition to forgetting to breath I forgot to sleep too... I don't know all the numbers that recorded but 80's for sure. 14 days in using cpap and o2 supplement.....da da: 2.2 incidents average!!!! That's a long way from the second sleep study of 50.8. Now we're double checking the o2 .... wearing the pulse meter tonight - again. Think good thoughts....

Just being clear.... I do use the o2 at night. I recognize the %'s I had are nothing to fool with. However....I am "hoping" though once we get the cpap pressure regulated that I could get off of it. Just NOT doing the 24/7 bit.... not without a good fight.

He said the hospital protocol was that they would administer o2 at a 75% reading..... I never got that low so alls well. Lights on.... it took me hours to...
