Had an issue similar to this...turns out the humidifier wasn't seated correctly. Once I discovered that is was the humidifier, it was an easy fix. Just make sure it's pushed all the way in and seated properly. Good luck!

Relieved_Rita I found the answer! It was the humidifier! Make sure you're pushing the humidifier in until it "clicks"...solved all of my problems! See the thread here:

Sounds to me like the pillows aren't seated (stuck) in the cradle (yes, that's a better word I couldn't think of earlier) properly and/or completely. Did you change cradles when you got the new mask?
