If you are thinking that being overweight is the trigger for your OSA...lose the weight and have a follow up sleep study to see the the airway tissues quit being so saggy with the loss of the weight. Not to sound like I am bragging but I have been thin for years so weight wasn't an issue with my sleep apnea.
