No clue why the Dr. prescribed a APAP or why he is doing what he's doing. The process has not been that transparent. ResMed ResScan cannot see the SD Card. Have a Mac but can use Parallels for Windows software. No matter where I put the SD Card data (C: drive, My Documents, Desktop, etc.) and no matter which source I choose (C: drive only or the SleepyHead Data Folder) it will say, "Couldn't find any new machine data at the location given".
