Re: Big dream night
At some point I stopped dreaming and now I know why. During my sleep study I never went into REM. I can't wait for the dreams to start! I was told that might be a side effect of using a CPAP.

Re: Pain in nose on first night.
Pugsy I am using the ramp. When I do the leak test I really feel like I am suffocating but I feel ok during the ramp just in the middle of the night I can't breathe. Based on other posts I tried medium pillows and they don't fit so I was using small. It also whistled. I'm camping with my cub scouts ...

I have to go look and see if they have a TARDIS! I am totally doing something to make "the beast" as I call it more fun! they do not have a tardis.. however, the way it works now is you take any photo you want, and upload it to their site, rotate it around, adjust it on the pattern to how you like ...

Re: is it normal to not see a sleep specialist? Also newbie.
Thanks. A Neurologist would be ideal because I also have a neuromuscular disease and need someone to help with that. I tend to stick with my GP because she is awesome - spends an hour with me at each visit. I've had bad luck with specialists. The cardiologist I saw gave off the creepy vibe. Pushing ...

In the meanwhile, rub your nose gently, it will help restore the circulation, and the pain should subside. So how do you know when to t...

I'm new too and can not breathe with the nasal pillows. Plus every time I move they leak. Curious to see what others say.

is it normal to not see a sleep specialist? Also newbie.
I don't see a place for introductions. Been lurking this week and thought I'd say hi. I'm 42. Recently diagnosed with severe OSA. Have snored since I was a baby and even when I was thin so it's possible I've had OSA for a long, long time. Interesting path to my diagnosis. I have horrible headaches e...
