My insurance has changed and my choice of DME includes the following:
Aerocare
Aeroflow
Apria
Edgepark
Lincare/AHP (American Home Patient)
Rotech
US Med
I know every DME is a pain to work with, but has anyone had a good experience with any of these? Thanks,

Perfect! I changed it to plus. Don't see AHI in the sleep report yet, but hopefully shows up after I use it tonight. Thanks!

Re: Eligible for new CPAP - What to get?
We don't know a lot about the AirSense 11 model line yet. We know a lot about the AirSense 10. Are you one of those people that just likes to have the latest and greatest of anything? If you are...I would wait for the AirSense 11. I hear that ResMed isn't going to cease production of the AirSense 1...

Eligible for new CPAP - What to get?
Hi, So I have been using the Philips Dreamstation for the past 5 years and am able to get a new machine. With the recall, I am using a very basic machine I purchased as a backup a few years ago, the Resmed Airstart 10. My DME can get me a Resmed AirSense10 AutoStart, but I am thinking it make be wor...

New CPAP Machine - Leftover Supplies
Good morning, I am supposed to be receiving a new Dreamstation AUTO. What are some options for my old machine? I also have unopened supplies for my System One REMstar AUTO 560P. I have filters and heated tubes, which to my understanding will not work with the new machine. Would anyone be interested ...

My beard is thicker and slightly longer than yours. I have had great success with the Mirage Quattro FFM .

Re: A better travel case for CPAP machines?
leaving the machine halves clipped together like that, you're just begging to have the connection between the halves broken due to stresses while jostling your way through everything. that's why the official travel bag has separate compartments for the flow generator and the humidifier. I believe t...

Re: 1 month in...what to work on now...
Changing to APAP with a min of 12 and max of 14 worked great. No sore throat and the snores look a lot better. I'll keep an eye on it this week but it seems like the magic number is 13.5. Any pros/cons to leaving it on APAP 12/14 or changing it back to CPAP 13.5? For some reason the mask leaks were ...

Re: Edit: Wireless XPAP data transfer is here!
Tom, Thanks for putting this together. I was able to install the software, configure the card, and once inserted in my PR System One REMStar 60 Series Auto I do see the SleepMaster SSID available. When I launch the software and click on Step 1 Connect to Wireless SD Card is it supposed to connect to...

Re: 1 month in...what to work on now...
My wife says my snoring is a lot better even when I don't use cpap. Which is really only if I take a quick nap on the weekend.

Re: 1 month in...what to work on now...
I have a little nasal congestion but nothing too crazy. I'll continue to do the saline rinse and see if it helps. No pets and I have my hose in a hose wrap and on a hose buddy hanger so I doubt it's the noise. Due to the sore throat the snores being real but mild seems likely. I will adjust my press...

Re: 1 month in...what to work on now...
Just to add to the last post. Feeling good as well. Not tired during the day. There has been a day here or there where I have been tired, but can't seem to tie it in to the data. Don't see anything exceptionally different when I look. It's not like the AHI or snores or RERA on those nights has been ...

Re: 1 month in...what to work on now...
Usually my side. Seem to be sleeping well and yes my throat is sore.
My wife says she doesn't hear the snores. She says they are very soft if that makes a difference.
