So I called my medical supplier today and after some arguing that that escape did not do some of the data collection and other things that the Auto set model does...they are finally ordering me a brand new autoset model from ResMed.

You might want to check the hours of use on the machine for sale to make sure it doesn't have a gazillion hours on it. Run hours and not therapy hours is what to look for. No, they really aren't pretty much the same.
