Hi all, I live in New Zealand and have one of the above machines which under recall and replacement from Philips. Before they will send me a replacement Philips sleep apnea Australia require a downloaded copy of pressure settings from where I purchased machine which was in USA so not very practical....

Yes have tried to download sleepyhead from site suggested but it says download is currently unavailable.
Has been like this for several days now.Any other suggestions.Thanks.

Download is Encore Basic v2.4.8.0
