So i've heard you shouldn't sleep under neath your blankets, because the carbon dioxide will build up and you can get carbon dioxide poisoning from that, but what if you are using yoru CPAP? It seems like you wouldn't have to worry about excess carbon dioxide, since you are not breathing in the actu...

my experience is that it works best when you can breathe the best through your nose. for me, it is a little bit high up, like right below my lower lip.
