I use nasal pillows too (F&P Opus 360) and have found that they do reduce leaks compared to a nasal mask that I started with (F&P Eson). I have a contour cpap pillow that reduces it even further. Will be trying a different brand of pillows mask next time around to see if it works even better. Depend...
