No such thing as a "quiet" concentrator, most will move it to another room and use longer tubing. Owning one is a head ache, routine maintenance like sieve bed replacement, filters and compressor up keep can be cumbersome. Over time, the oxygen percentage output reduces and may not meet your needs.

I also have a boat load of Climate Line Tubing, and some older (although never used) Respironics M series machines.

I would tend to believe it is more related to the reversal of the inflammatory cascade caused by intermittent hypoxia rather than tissue hypoxia.

We didnt have a problem with cms, and we are outside the reach of the latest round of bidding. Our lab is focused on clinical research studies and dme doesn't fit our business model and is too labor intensive to be viable.

Highly unlikely that your PAP is effecting the fluid balance in your gut.

Closing DME
I am closing the DME portion of our Sleep Lab, we are now primarily conducting research studies, and have numerous Cpap, BiPap and masks. Just PM me what you are looking for and if I have it , we can go from there.

The nasal mucosais swelling in response to low humidity, nasal saline spray will help initially, as long as the humidifier is propetly set to pick up the slack once it warm up. Preheat your humidifier and seeif there is a difference.
