Re: Apnea surgery
I've now lost 22 lbs in 2 months. My flow limitations are very low. And snoring is low. I've lowered pressure to 13 epap and 5 ps. My AHI is at about 2. Fls and snoring are still low. I'm still having some issues with aerophagia. Not as often a before. Maybe twice a week I wake up in pain. Most time...

For me it's easy to find the letters within a second if I blur the letters and look at then as a whole and not a bunch of letters. Then the oddity pops outJulie wrote:Tip - it's easier to find the 'N' if you look up and down a couple of rows at a time... pretend you're reading Chinese.

Re: Apnea surgery
Some of the reading in the links suggests there is a correlation between aerophagia and taking gerd meds. I'm curious, is my recent taking of gerd meds linked to my recent problems with higher pressure. I had epap at 18.6 for almost 2 months. Then I started taking nexium about a month ago

Re: Apnea surgery
There's a link to a youtube video in the useful links in my signature line. A few people have reported it works, and it's free to try. Also try sleeping on your left or right side. You might also try sleeping in a recliner. These may or may not work, but they're easy to try. I tried allowing on bot...
