I would not want to go without my heated hose. I had a turbinate reduction and need a lot of humidity or a start having pain in my nose. I keep the temperature addy 86° and the humidity at max. Wouldn't be like that without the heated hose

Aerophagia problems

I discovered my problems with aerophagia about a year ago. I started having back pain from a collapsed temperpedic bed mattress. This forced me to sleep on my back. For me it's very bad for my apnea. I went to sleep dr and had a new sleep study where I tried to sleep on my back. This didn't go well ...

I tried am experiment last night because I habe bad aerophagia issues. I limit the ipap max on my bilevel top 21.8 to limit the amount of air when I wake up. Yesterday I read that to get it to stop you tilt you head back like if someone was giving you mouth to mouth resuscitation. I raise my ipap to...

I tried the f10 and couldn't get it to stop leaking. I use the quattro fx with my own headgear made from a chin strap No real problem with leaks just the headgear is uncomfortable especially at the back. Maybe a haircut would help solve my problem. [emoji38] Try to find something to pad the headgea...

7 seems top be a good number for me. Any Lee's and I get tired early any more sand I don't get tired until way to late

If you leak rate is high and your mouth is dry, it's probably leaking out of your mouth. Leaking out of your mouth will cause you to have more events. I would suggest finding a ffm that works for you. After you get your leaks fixed then maybe look into adjusting your settings on the machine
