I try to position my pillow under my neck more than my head

I would not want to go without my heated hose. I had a turbinate reduction and need a lot of humidity or a start having pain in my nose. I keep the temperature addy 86° and the humidity at max. Wouldn't be like that without the heated hose

I had trouble with the f10 leaking also. Now using the quattro fx and have very low leak rates

Dymista nasal spray. Nasal rinse. Allergy shots

I tried the f10 and couldn't get it to stop leaking. I use the quattro fx with my own headgear made from a chin strap No real problem with leaks just the headgear is uncomfortable especially at the back. Maybe a haircut would help solve my problem. 7 seems top be a good number for me. Any Lee's and I get tired early any more sand I don't get tired until way to late

If you leak rate is high and your mouth is dry, it's probably leaking out of your mouth. Leaking out of your mouth will cause you to have more events. I would suggest finding a ffm that works for you. After you get your leaks fixed then maybe look into adjusting your settings on the machine
