Maybe you wanna try a small amount of glycerin (from pharmacy) at bedtime. just swish it around a bit .dont swallow more that half teaspoon.keeps my mount moist.

Sorry I forgot to mention I am currently on allegra 120 for nasal allergy, Avamys 27.5 mcg , steroid nasal decongestant which I take 2 puffs twice a day, 8am and by 7pm, and nexium 20 , taken at 7pm. I use resmed s9 with H1, and P10 pillows.Thank you.
