Re: not noticing too much difference from CPAP.
I've never heard of that pugsy! What's scary is that that sounds like me 100%! Wow! I may need to ask my doctor about that when I can! And zoocrewphoto, I thought about doing that, but was afraid it would either corrupt my SD card, or REALLY throw off my data somehow.

Re: not noticing too much difference from CPAP.
I do use the machine every night, although my hours are very weird, I fall asleep at like, 5 or 6am and wake up at like, 2pm. So the sessions look broken up, but the usage time carries on to the next day.

Re: not noticing too much difference from CPAP.
Would you suggest talking to my doctor about raising it? Or what is the solution to it? Thanks for the reply!

Re: not noticing too much difference from CPAP.
So more or less just give it more time? I get frustrated because I'm only 19 and I have so little energy that I can't work or go back to school!

Re: not noticing too much difference from CPAP.
Thank you all for the quick responses, all great input! So more or less you guys are saying it may take more time of use before noticing a difference? And Sleeprider, I don't feel different in a sense that I'm always WASTED just sitting idle. Like, I always feel drained of energy and even dizzy at t...

not noticing too much difference from CPAP.
To me it seems like I don't feel too much different while using the cpap machine. I don't get morning headaches, but that's about it. I've been on it for 4 or 5 months now, does it take longer? My doctor told me that it was because I was years behind sleep. Is that a thing? Thanks guys! My AHI is do...

Re: Question about AHI.
Those categories are for untreated apnea not for while you are using the cpap. Now, if your untreated sleep study results were less than 5 you probably wouldn't have qualified for a machine. Your results now only tell you that your machine is working. Thanks for the descriptive answer! Perfect answ...

Question about AHI.
Alright, so I was looking around on the internet about AHI and what it means. I found a guideline that showed mild, moderate, and severe apnea, I then compared it to my own results and saw that I usually have between a 1.0 and a 2.0. Does this actually count for anything? Is the CPAP even needed in ...

Breathing through your nose only.
Hello all you beautiful people! Haha So I got a new ResMed swift FX Nano and it's a lot more comfortable than the full face mask I had. (The quattro air) But my question here, is is it normal for me to feel like I'm not getting enough air when I'm only breathing though my nose? I have to occasionall...

Unable to change settings in my s9 autoset
Hey guys! So I finally switched to a nasal mask, a swift FX nano, and my s9 is set to "full face" in the settings of the machine, it won't let me change the setting, I can highlight it but I can't press it? What should I do? Is there something I'm missing here? Thanks!
