I'm on my third week of therapy. Five days ago I changed to the S9 Elite because of noise problems with previous machine. Here are my average stats for those FIVE days. Good, right?! Is Resmed Elite really better than PR Remstar Pro
Newbie here. I really don't like my PR Remstar pro. Been fighting with DME for a different machine. My insurance says i can get a Resmed S9 Elite. Is it really a better machine, more queit, etc? Thanks.

Thanks for the replies. I'd actually much prefer to just have my sleep doc muck around with the settings. Would they have access if I buy on my own?
As for the sound, it's coming from the intake. I've turned off c-flex. That helped a little. I'm using the airfit p10

Hi. I am new to cpap therapy. I am using a PR a System one that is too loud for me. I've been dealing with my DME but it's a hassle. I wondering what happens if I buy my own machine from cpap.com, bill my insurance under my deductible -- who will then control the therapy settings on my machine? The ...
